2.) Where: CrossFit Aestus 6109 Hwy 55. Fuquay Varina, NC 27540
3.) Who: Anyone that enjoys CrossFit. We are reaching out to adaptive organizations looking for adaptive athletes to come and participate in this special event. We will perform an Adaptive WOD at different times throughout the day, with the final WOD at 3PM dedicated to adaptive athletes.
4.) When: August 6, starting at 9am. Adaptive WODs taking place throughout the day.
