Come WOD with the Fittest as we honor a Hero!

Please come join Dave Castro, Zach Forrest, CrossFit Games and Adaptive CrossFit Athletes, and shelter dogs on October 10, 2015 at Frederica Academy’s Football Field from 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM for a CrossFit community fundraising event to honor U.S. Army Sniper Chris Horton and save American Heroes and shelter pets.

Heroes 4 Horton is a Fundraising Event Designed To Do Three Things:

1) Honor U.S. Army Sniper, Christopher Horton (Killed In Action September 9, 2011).

2) Raise awareness of Companions For Heroes mission to save and help shelter dogs and cats, active duty military, disabled veterans, first-responders, law enforcement and their families from suicide, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and depression.

3) Promote the philanthropy of the CrossFit Community and to empower active duty military, disabled veterans, first-responders, law enforcement and their families through the benefits of CrossFit.

100% of the proceeds will benefit Companions For Heroes and Crossroads Adaptive Athletic Alliance.
